Pilates Gym

Pilates Gym sessions are available for people with experience in the Pilates method, having completed about six months tuition either in group classes or on a 1-1 basis. You will be coached by Patricia on the Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel and Wunda Chair, sharing your session with fellow students.

At York Pilates Space we believe, just like Joseph Pilates, in attention to detail and appropriate exercise for each individual. You will be coached at a level of challenge that’s right for you whether you are getting your body back after having a baby or training for a triathalon!

 

The apparatus helps you to get that extra edge into your Pilates experience. You feel the physical support when you are trying to improve a precise movement and the apparatus provides extra resistance which develops deep muscle strength. You will feel fantastic from the inside out after your session!

Book a regular weekly session or just the occasional hour now and again to complement your mat work or home programme. You can book your gym classes to suit yourself and make up your own timetable.
