Welcome to York Pilates Space!
York Pilates Space is a professional Pilates studio established in 2004, where Pilates is taught by expert enthusiasts in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The studio is situated on the first floor of a listed building in the centre of the City of York offering group Pilates Mat classes, group Pilates Reformer and equipment classes, one to one Pilates classes, studio apparatus classes and Pilates Barre. Pre and post natal classes are available as one to one sessions or duets with a friend.
